The following procedures must be followed if in cases the customers may need to return product purchased.

Contact your sales representative via e-mail or fax (in writing) within 30 days of receipt of parts, to report any verifiable quality issues. Our representative will help determine if the products are under warranty, and may ask you to provide necessary documentation and test reports.

The Customer Service department will assess the information and give the final authorisation to return merchandise.

No return can be processed or accepted without proper RMA reference number issued by our customer service department.

All return material will be inspected and/or tested by TRG components upon receipt. If parts are found to be in working condition, they may be returned at the customer’s expense and RMA will be voided.
