The Industry’s Smallest 0.5W High Brightness LEDs

The Super 0.5W Power PLCC surface mount LED family from HARVATEK is the smallest package (3.2 x 2.8 x 1.9mm) to deliver mid power LED performance. The enhanced package design is capable of dissipating heat more efficiently, providing superior thermal management and consistent light output at high drive currents (150mA). This small package provides higher light output and improved flux performance.

Harvatek's HT-U16DSWH are designed for higher reliability and long operating life under a wide range of environmental conditions. The performance characteristics of these new mid power LEDs make them uniquely suitable for use in harsh conditions in automotive interior/exterior lighting applications, electronics signs and signals (ESS), as well as the needs of the industrial and consumer applications.
