Dark Current is given in nA, Open Current in mV and Short Current in uA (type values).

LED SMD
SMD LEDs for PCB. Wavelength is given in nanometer(nm) and luminous intensity in millicandela (mcd typ.). Voltage forward (Vf) is in Volt (V).
LEDs SMD in size 1204 (3.2x1.5x1.0mm). Manufacturer's part number is LG-110 followed by colour code and packaging.
LEDs SMD in size 1206 (3.2x1.6x1.1mm). Manufacturer's part number is LG-150 followed by colour code and packaging.
